We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS.
Personalized items - We are an On-Demand business model, meaning that personalized items will be printed when orders arrive with your specific personalization. Regrettably, such orders will not be refunded, because you have created a one-off item only for you and therefore we cannot restock these items. So please, make sure everything is correct when ordering!
We will of course accept returns if your order/package arrives with damages.
DAMAGED AND ISSUES.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will try our best to work toward a satisfactory solution
To start a return, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. explaining the reason why you ask for a refund and providing us with pictures of e.g. damaged item(s). We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
