SHIPPING POLICY.

Thank you for visiting and shopping at 'We Move Jewelry'. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

  

SHIPPING TIME.

Production Time:

-4 business days.
Shipping Time:
USA: 3-5 business days.
Canada: 5-10 business days.
UK & most of EU: 3-7 business days.
Australia & New Zealand: 8-20 business days.
Rest of the world: 5-20 business days.

On most of our products, you will find a direct link to shipping times and shipping prices.

All personalized products are custom-made with YOUR design. On rare occasions, these orders may be added to an extra production day. We appreciate your patience during this production time. 

Shipping time excludes weekends and holidays observed by the Post Office: Christmas, New Year’s Day, Independence Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Veteran's Day, and Thanksgiving.

Note: Once the order is handed over to the shipping carriers, we sadly have no control over delays they might encounter during the shipping time frame, so please understand the risk of delay.

If we receive information about the delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

 

WHICH CARRIER DO YOU USE?

We ship metal signs and canvas with FedEx and jewelry and watches USPS. For international shipments, your local mail carrier will handle and deliver the item once it enters your country.

  

SHIPPING RATES.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

 

POTENTIAL SHIPPING ISSUES.

Carriers sometimes fail to scan packages. Sometimes a carrier loses or damages a package. At the end of the day, we, or you as a customer sadly can't control carriers handling of packages. If any damage should appear, we will file a claim and reproduce the order for you as a customer.

These are not common problems, and it's no secret for anyone, like in every other company dealing with shipping, that this happens occasionally. Therefore, we thank you in advance for your understanding if such a problem occurs.

 

TRACKING NR ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS.

If your package is shipped with USPS, the tracking numbers for International shipments only show the locations in the USA. Once your package leaves the US, the package will not be updated until it has been delivered. On these occasions the tracking nr will show up as “frozen”, however, your package is still being shipped, but when traveling overseas, the US system won't receive updates until final delivery.

 

IMPORT TAXES.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. 'We Move Jewelry' is NOT responsible for these charges. The limits for duty-free packages are applied by the laws of your country and your local customs authorities. 'We Move Jewelry' doesn't and can’t take responsibility for any dealings with your country’s tax customer service and have no control over the fees they apply to your order.
These charges are NOT extra shipping costs.
All orders inside EU will be charged with VAT.
